"Everyone Can Become a
Birdwatcher - Including YOU!"

Birding for Everyone: a New Book by John C. Robinson
Examines An Issue of Cultural Importance to Conservation and Birds

Birding for Everyone explores the relative absence of minorities among birdwatchers. Effective solutions via outreach and recruitment programs are identified, enabling more people of diverse cultures to enjoy nature through birds. Ironically, our environment may be at risk if we fail to heed the messages conveyed in the book. Birders and birding advocates are urged to join forces to investigate ways to ensure our precious natural resources remain available for generations to come.
