Product Registration - Use this link to register some of the software products you may have purchased through LANIUS Software or On My Mountain, Inc.
Warranty - On My Mountain, Inc. will fully refund most items within 30 days of receipt. In order to maintain our low prices, you are asked to adhere to the following return policy:- Refunds on our tours are clearly spelled out on the registration form for each tour. Refund policies may vary by tour package, so be sure to review the appropriate registration form for more information. Access to most itineraries and registration forms is available at our Tour Web Page.
- Electronic equipment must be returned within 14 days from date merchandise was received.
- All other products must be returned within 30 days from date merchandise was received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges of any opened electronic equipment, jewelry, watches, or outdoor & sporting goods products.
- Exceptions: you may only receive credit for DVD Software if these items are returned UNOPENED within 30 days; however, if the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same or different title of equal value within 30 days.
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. These remedies are not available outside the United States of America and Canada.
