Warranty - On My Mountain, Inc. will fully refund most items within 30 days of receipt. In order to maintain our low prices, you are asked to adhere to the following return policy:
- Refunds on our tours are clearly spelled out on the registration form for each tour. Refund policies may vary by tour package, so be sure to review the appropriate registration form for more information. Access to most itineraries and registration forms is available at our Tour Web Page
- Electronic equipment must be returned within 14 days from date merchandise was received.
- All other products must be returned within 30 days from date merchandise was received.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges of any opened electronic equipment, jewelry, watches, or outdoor & sporting goods products.
- Exceptions: you may only receive credit for DVD Software if these items are returned UNOPENED within 30 days; however, if the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same or different title of equal value within 30 days.
- All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. These remedies are not available outside the United States of America and Canada.

Discover the Birds, Wildlife, and Natural History of Tennessee
The spring bird migration in the heartland of the eastern US is a unique phenomenon found nowhere else in the world. John C. Robinson, author of An Annotated Checklist of the Birds of Tennessee, Birding for Everyone, and North American Bird Reference Book, will lead his fourth birding and natural history tour of Middle and Western Tennessee, beginning 30 April 2013.

For some 26 years, Robinson worked as a biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and then the U.S. Forest Service, carving out some ‘spare time’ in 1994 to launch LANIUS Software, to sell his books and software he coded. He changed the name to On My Mountain in 2003, when he began to offer birding and wildlife-watching tours. During all these years, he’s often heard variations of, “I’ve never seen a black birdwatcher before.” Hoping to change that experience, Robinson took early retirement in 2005 to devote himself to his mission of expanding the pool of minorities who enjoy nature, wildlife, and wild places.
How does he hope to do this? By encouraging children to go outside to observe, study, and enjoy birds.
